She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Carl G. Baker; her stepson David Moquin; and her siblings, Gordon Smith of Wyoming, Stacey Smith of Olney, MD, Jessie O'Meyer of Boise and Peggy Reed of Selbyville, DE..
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Robert Kibler, Jr. of Minot, ND, Dr. Bruce Kibler of Sigmaringen and Kathleen V. Kibler (J. D.). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren, and one step great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home (11800 New Hampshire Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20904). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Salt and Vine (3308 Olney Sandy Spring Rd, Olney, MD 20832).
