She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond L. Cooley Jr.; her parents, James Egan and Julianna Egan (Blaszak); and her siblings, Ruth Egan and James Egan (late Bobbie).
She is survived by: her daughters, Dr. Carol Cooley-Guth (Kenneth Guth), Nancy Foerster (Kurt) of Richmond, VA and Paula Cooley (James Saviola) of Olney, MD.; her grandchildren, Dr. Gregory Guth, Catherine Knoess (Kurt), Margaret Guth (Nicolas Fina), Timothy Foerster (Gwen), Sean Foerster (Kenzie), Julianna Saviola, Mariella Saviola (Travis Molnoskey) and Natalie Saviola; and her great grandchildren, Jackson and Charlotte Foerster. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, 450 Brookline Ave., Boston, MA 02215 in Mrs. Cooley's memory.
