He is survived by: his wife Carole Sue; his children, Elizabeth, Emily, George Jr. and Michael; his grandchildren, Jessica, Jennifer, Catherine, Madeline, Sarah, Ricky, Joseph, Carter, Matthew, Michael Jr., Christopher and Margaret; his great grandchildren, Joey, Eli, Ana, Onix, Elizabeth Anne and Elliott; and his siblings, John, Catherine and Mary.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Roy W. Barber Funeral Home (21525 Laytonsville Rd, Gaithersburg, MD 20882). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Peter's Catholic Church (2900 Olney Sandy Spring Rd, Olney, MD 20832).
