He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Navy and Blanche Navy; his son Harold Navy, Jr. (Carmen); and his brother Alexander Navy, Jr.. He is survived by: his spouse Arlillian Thomas; his grandchildren, Valerie Navy-Daniels (Darrell), Michael Navy (Samantha), Sean (Nicole Hamzik), Chantel Navy, Nicole, Dylan Daniels, Alexander and Makeala Navy; his great grandchildren, Brodie, Reeve and Vaida Navy; and his sister Erma Jane Navy.
A memorial service was held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Colesville United Methodist Church (52 Randolph Rd, Silver Spring, MD 20904).
In lieu of flowers donations can be directed to the American Cancer Society in Mr. Navy's honor.
