He is survived by: his wife Anne O'Brien; his son Alexander Drees (Catherine); his stepchildren, David Hochhalter (Theresa) and Pam Neidhart (Curt); his grandchildren, Paul and Leila Drees; and his stepgrandchildren, Beau, Brigid, Chris, Kevin and Connor. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A burial will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Rock Creek Cemetery (201 Allison St NW, Washington, DC 20011).
