She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Haynes and Irwin Percival Bellamy. She is survived by: her brothers, Mark (Charlene), Steven (Charlotte) and David; her nieces and nephews, Alan (Claire), Samuel, David, Lanaya and Jeanette; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Isaiah, Abraham, Jayson, Grace and Lanayah; her uncle Walter A. Bellamy; Sophia and Skylar. She is also survived by loving cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Janice's name may be made to the Oldies But Goodies Cocker Spaniel Rescue, the Montgomery County Humane Society, and the American Cancer Society.
