He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Randall and A. George Randall; his brother Alan Randall; his son Dr. Neil Randall; and his daughter-in-law Linda Zell Randall.
He is survived by: his wife Libby Randall; his children, Gary Randall, Paul Randall (Kae Brickerd) and Amy LeDeaux (John LeDeaux); his grandchildren, Todd Randall, Jason Randall (Jamie Gottlieb), Glenn Randall, Yaffa Randall, Alan Randall (Rebecca DeSantis-Randall), Rachel Rivas (Ivan Rivas), Shira LeDeaux and Benjamin LeDeaux; and his great grandchild Davina.
A memorial service was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Lakeview Room at Brookdale Creve Coeur. A graveside service was held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Judean Memorial Gardens (16225 Batchellors Forest Rd, Olney, MD 20832).
Memorial contributions may be made in Leroy's name to City College of New York (C.C.N.Y.).
