He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewie Billingsley and Christine Billingsley; and his siblings, Mary Anne Richards, Yuvonne Warshauer, Carolyn Cockle, Rodger Billingsley and Stanley Billingsley.

He is survived by: his children, Eva Billingsley Wakefield (Mike) and Patrick Billingsley (Linda); his grandchildren, Jessica Bland, Kevin Douglas (Danielle), John Billingsley, Nicholas Billingsley and Christopher Wakefield (Eryn); his great grandchildren, Sophia, Emery Bland, Evelyn, Lena Douglas, Aspen and Carson Wakefield; and his significant other Karin Atala.

A world-renowned expert in magnetics engineering, Bill made groundbreaking contributions to the field.
