Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Allison Shapiro of Owings Mills, Maryland, who passed away at the age of 51, on August 9, 2025. As Allison departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Allison. Though Allison may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She is survived by: her husband Vadim Steve Shapiro; her sons, Matthew Shapiro and Jason Shapiro; her parents, Tamara Khanukayev and Jospeh Khanukayev; and her brothers, Ron Khanukayev (Irena) and Gary Khanukayev (Lana).
