“Celestine were a very dear close and loving friend to me!! We met in the mid 90's she was working for baltimore city public housing authority in the field inwhich that's how we met i was a sargent ( shift supervisor) for ces security contracted at lexington terrace she always had a very beautiful personality and also i had the honors of meeting her very beautiful daughter's and loving grand children. I miss and mourns for her my god continue to bless celestine and her family rih 🙏🙏 my queen!!”
