He was predeceased by: his spouse Risa Bush Halpren; his father Julius "Trucky" Halpren; and his brother-in-law Craig Silverstein. He is survived by: his sons, Joshua Halpren and Daniel Halpren (Leah Harrell); his mother Miriam Halpren; his sisters, Sheila Silverstein and Eileen Rothouse (Howard); his sisters-in-law, Karen Bush (Michael Reamer) and Bonnie Bush (Tim Brown); and his parents-in-law, Harriette Clark and David Bush (Marge).
A funeral service was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Sol Levinson's Chapel (8900 Reisterstown Rd, Pikesville, MD 21208). For information about Shiva, please contact the family.
