He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Regina Ann "Gina" Howard; his daughters, Lucy I. "Lindsy" Beasley (Tanner), Jacqueline D. "Jackie" Fisher (Patrick) and Katharine R. "Kaely" Howard; his grandchildren, Charlotte, Blaire Bosley, Reagan and Finnegan Fisher; and his siblings, Margaret Howard Maher (Ronald) and Robert B. Howard. He was also cherished by loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name may be made to Baltimore County Animal Services.
