He was predeceased by: his wife Esfir Golubchanskaya; his daughter Tatiana Kondratyuk; his siblings, Anna Teplitsky and Volkie Golubchanskiy; and his parents, Liza Golubchanskiy and Aaron Golubchanskiy.
He is survived by: his grandsons, Ruslan Kondratyuk (Hana Rose) and Andrey Kondratyuk; and his great grandchildren, Turner Rex and Barrett Lee Kondratyuk.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Baltimore Hebrew Berrymans Lane Cemetery (318 Berrymans Ln, Reisterstown, MD 21136).
