We are sad to announce that on March 9, 2024, at the age of 91, Tobye K. Frankle of Owings Mills, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Joel M. Frankle; her parents, Irene Klein and Nathan Klein; and her siblings-in-law, Mark Lifcovich and Elaine Frankle.

She is survived by : her children, Carl Frankle (Debbie) and Wendie Berenson (Keith); her sister Audrey Lifcovich; her brother-in-law Harold Frankle; her grandchildren, Scott Berenson (Lindsay Roemer), Ryan Berenson (Michelle), Jonathan Berenson (Beth), Stacey Kalish (Aaron) and Heather Frankle; and her great grandchildren, Lucy Berenson, Phoebe Berenson and Ethan Berenson.
