Ramsey; his wife Ethel Ramsey; his daughter-in-law Sandra Ramsey; his sister Joyce Gustin; his brother-in-law Tom Gustin; and his granddaughter Chloe Ramsey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
