He is survived by: his wife June Elizabeth Railey; his sister Jane Deckert; his daughters, Cynthia Perkins (Russell), Rose Cummings (Glenn), Julia Schildt, Sharon Jones (Russell) and Kelley Morgart (Robert); his daughter-in-law Carol Railey; and his grandchildren, Katie Garland, John, Jeff, Bonnie McKay, Alexandra Perkins, Dustin, Clifton Kerr, Jeanette Raney, Christopher Jones, Sarah Butler and Tori Morgart. He is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
