She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Lele and Edith Elizabeth Harris (Meyer); her husband Richard A. Moore, Sr. of Upper Marlboro; and her siblings, Paul L. Harris of Brandywine, Bernard Harris (Dolly) of Waldorf, MD and Joan McDowell (Albert) of Owings.
She is survived by: her son Richard A. Moore, Jr. of Owings. She is also survived by four nieces and six nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rausch Funeral Home-Owings (8325 Mt Harmony Ln, Owings, MD 20736). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at the Epiphany Church Cemetery (3111 Ritchie Rd, District Heights, MD 20747).
