He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Meyers and Margaret Meyers (Sisselberger); his son Joseph Horan; his grandson Patrick Horan; his sister Mary Mullins; his brother-in-law Glenn Mullins; his niece Susan Weaver; his brother Raymond (Edward Meyers Sr.); his sister-in-law Phyllis Meyers; his nephew Edward Meyers Jr.; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Stager.
He is survived by: his wife Z. Kay Meyers; his daughters, Mary Meyers (Thomas Briggs) of Perry Hall, Anita Robin Gant (Brian) of Churchton and Cheryl Christine Sichette (Michael) of Pasadena; his grandsons, Christopher, Michael, Mathew and Cole; his great grandchildren, Emily-Starr, Owen and Elliott; his siblings-in-law, Nonie Stager (Joe), Stevie Dicken (Ted) and Robert Stager; his nephews, Richard, Kenneth, Mark, Johnny, Mike, Neal, Burke, Patrick and Paul; and his pet Mollie.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rausch Funeral Home-Owings (8325 Mt Harmony Ln, Owings, MD 20736). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
