He was predeceased by: his father Mickey Goldsmith. He is survived by: his mother Cornelia Goldsmith; and his brother Abraham Goldsmith. He is also survived by nephews and niece.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Jon's honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
