He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Oliver, Sr. and Louise Virginia Stallings (Cochrane); his siblings, Constance "Sweetie" Wood, Gloria "Ann" Frisco, Clifton "Punch", Warren, Jr., Page and Russell Stallings; his sister-in-law Gail Moss; and his parents-in-law, Jataner Stebbins and A. G. Moss.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Stallings; his children, Larry "Ronnie" Stallings, Jr. of Chesapeake Beach, Angela Stallings and Amy Fowler of Huntingtown; his sons-in-law, Robert Wyvill and Sutton Fowler of Huntingtown; his grandchildren, Hunter King, Olivia Fowler, Dominic Stallings, Colton Stallings, Ryder King and Serena Fowler; his brother Roger Stallings of Sam's Club; and his siblings-in-law, Cheryl, Patricia Stallings, MD of Tina Crust, MO and Lloyd. He is also survived by 22 nieces and nephews and 36 great-nieces and great-nephews.
