He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel II and Jayne Sampson; and his daughter-in-law Deanna. He is survived by: his children, Noel IV, Kelly (Joseph), Walter (Nicole) and Deborah (Jon); his grandchildren, Hannah and Ethan; his brother David (Ann Marie); Janet.
