He is survived by: his wife Julie; his children, Milton Crump (Vicki) and Alicia Chubb (Chris); his grandchildren, Danielle, Ryan, Megan and Rachel; and his siblings, Milton Crump, Jr. (Cindy) and Cynthia Jacobs (David). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
