With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shelly M Corcoran (Owings, Maryland), born in Washington, District of Columbia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 31, 2025 at the age of 50. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, John, Helen Mitchell, Wendell and Joyce Alexander. She is survived by: her husband James Corcoran Jr.; her daughters, Emily and Hayley; her parents, John Mitchell and Sybil Mitchell; her brother Jay Mitchell; her sister-in-law Tammie; and her sibling's children, Noah, Claire and Alex.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lee Funeral Home-Calvert (8200 Jennifer Ln, Owings, MD 20736). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In honor of her memory, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the Huntingtown Volunteer Fire Department.
