We bid farewell to Wanda B. Noel (Owings, Maryland), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 15, 2025 at the age of 71. Wanda touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the vast expanse of eternity, Wanda shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Wanda farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She is survived by: her husband Steven E. Noel; her brother Robert J. Link (Butch); and her children, Crystol Stallings, Eric Noel and Scott Noel. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
