With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Constance Phylina Morten of Oxon Hill, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on November 4, 2023 at the age of 66. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Tom Templeton and Clara Templeton; her children, Tarsha, Gwendolyn and Clarice Morten; her grandchildren, Jamia Williams, Akira Hall, Cordez Hall, Azerae Hall and Christopher Mackie; her grandparents, Genievieve Briscoe, Tom Templeton Sr. and Frankie May Templeton; and her siblings, Donnell Templeton, Gordenia, Tommy, Cedale, Frankie and Nathan. She was also cherished by her nieces and nephews and other extended family.
