He was predeceased by: his stepfather Edward D. Ward; and his brother Mansfield Michael Toogood. He is survived by: his wife Tia Toogood; his parent Vondell E. Ward; his siblings, Charlotte Yvette Thomas (Calvin) of Odenton, MD and Derek Manuel Toogood (Elizabeth) of Ruther Glen, VA.; his parents-in-law, Alene Daley and Reverend Timothy Davis, Sr.; his siblings-in-law, Crystal Clemmons, Taneise Johnson (Nicholas), Timothy Davis, Jr. and Tyrus Davis (Kristina); his nephews, Ralph Jones and Keleye Jones (Connie); and his goddaughter Bria Brown. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends.
A memorial gathering was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory (6160 Oxon Hill Rd, Oxon Hill, MD 20745). A memorial service was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
