He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Randall and Zella Simmons. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Link Randall. He is also survived by his seven children, a host of family members, extended family, friends.
A wake will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dupont Park Seventh-Day Adventist Church (3985 Massachusetts Ave SE, Washington, DC 20019). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM at the same location.
