She is survived by: her husband Edward Townsend Jr.; her children, Candi Oettel-Hale (Todd), Robert Oettel Jr. (Heather) and Allyson Rather (Bruce); her grandchildren, Allen Hale (Melissa), Ashley Hale-Pfeiffer (Brandon), Sgt. Deployed, Mikayla Oettel, Matthew Oettel and Ayden Townsend; her great grandchildren, Michael Pfeiffer and Colton Oettel; and her siblings, Nancy Gooner, Shirley Huffer, Robert Esworthy, Thomas Esworthy, Suzanne Reiter and Matthew Esworthy. She is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
