She was predeceased by: her parents, George A. Rosier and Phyllis R. Rosier (Armacost). She is survived by: her daughters, Laura Baer (Aaron) and LeAnna Taylor (Dustin); her grandchildren, Branson, Paislee and Bradley; and her sister Kathie M. Wampler (Raymond).
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the West Liberty United Methodist Church (20400 W Liberty Rd, White Hall, MD 21161).
