Jeffrey Caplan Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 5, 2025, at the age of 67, Jeffrey Caplan of Parkville, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Jeffrey leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Jeffrey may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He is survived by: his siblings, Rick Caplan (Dee), Paul Caplan and Stacey Ahmad.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Baltimore Hebrew Belair Road Cemetery (2100 Belair Rd, Baltimore, MD 21213).
