Rita Grace Varricchio Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on May 7, 2026, at the age of 100, Rita Grace Varricchio (Parkville, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Louis Varricchio; her parents, Charles Murphy and Mabel Murphy; and her siblings, Gordon, Charles Murphy, Marion Siple, Jeanette Shilling, Kathleen Ramsteck, Ellen King, Patricia Chisholm and Anne Burgess.

She is survived by: her son Patrick Varricchio of Perry Hall, MD; her daughter-in-law Trish Healey of Rochester, NY; her close friend Evelyn Bailey; her daughter-in-law Diane Plate Varricchio; her grandchildren, Pamela Richter (Kyle) and Timothy Varricchio (Christina); her great grandchildren, Karalynn of Perry Hall, Ryan of Perry Hall, Aubrey of Perry Hall and Kelsey of Perry Hall; her daughter Lynn Varricchio (Gail Mastrella); her grandchildren, Daniel Varricchio Healey and Samantha Varricchio Berrios; and her great grandchildren, Tony, Dominick Varricchio, Humberto and Nico Berrios of Rochester, NY.. She is also survived by several great great grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.
