She was predeceased by : her parents, Elton W Parsons and Florence Wimbrow Parsons; and her husband Clifford T Carter. She is survived by : her daughters, Diane K Carter (James Pusey), Lynn C Ransley (Timothy Eure) and Susan C Duffield (Michael); her sister Kay Bromley; her brother-in-law Maurice Carter (Jackie); her grandchildren, Daniel Pusey, Tyler Ransley (Kelsey), Douglas Ransley, Andrew Ransley, Carolyn Duffield and Jaime Duffield; and her great grandchild Clifford B Ransley. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins, and a host of friends.
