She is survived by: her husband Randy Ennis; her children, Stephanie Tubbs and Phil Lewis; her stepdaughters, Hilary Ennis (David Adkins) and Taylor (Mark Passwaters); her grandchildren, Hunter Seefried, Graham, Declan and Rhys Lewis; her stepgrandchildren, Jensen, Jenna Cockey, Isabelle and Caroline Passwaters; and her siblings, Linda Wilkerson (Burt), Shearby Shrewsbury and Mac McCullough (Arlean).
