He is survived by: his parents, Carol and Jeffrey; his sisters, Amanda Bell and Bridgett Butler (Aj Butler); his former wife Angelina; his sons, Maverick and Myles; his nieces, Sophia and Gianna; and his grandmother Carol. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, cousins and many friends.
