She was predeceased by: her former husband Edgar A. Hart; her husband Calvin E. Frank; her close friend Jim Atwell; her son Edgar A. Hart; and her parents, Edwin C. Hill and Esther Marie Jenkins.
She is survived by: her daughter Roxanne Hart (Russell Vedeloff); her grandchildren, Jacqueline Hart, Brooks Newman and Kristin Whittington; and her great grandchildren, Skylar White, Kylie Whittington and Kamden Whittington. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Stallings Funeral Home (3111 Mountain Rd, Pasadena, MD 21122). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at the Loudon Park Cemetery.
