She was predeceased by: her brother William Barrett (late Christine); her parents, Harry R. Barrett, Sr. and Pearl Mildred Barrett (Nee Chambers); and her siblings, Harry R. Barrett, Jr., Dale S. Loyd and Laurie A. Murphy.
She is survived by: her spouse Thomas E. Cochran, Jr.; her children, Robert L. Stinchcomb, Jr. and Millie Ann Lang (late John E. Lang, III); her grandchildren, Faith N. Lang (Joseph Ballard) and John E Lang, IV (Alexa Moos); her great grandchildren, Madilyn G. Bartholomew and Brantley E. Bartholomew; and her siblings, Ernest Barrett (late Teresa) and Kathy Bender (late Wally). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Family Owned and Operated McCully Polyniak & Collins Funeral Home (3204 Mountain Rd, Pasadena, MD 21122). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 9:30 AM.
