With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carrie C. Phillips of Pasadena, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on December 25, 2022 at the age of 94. She was predeceased by: her husband Roland J. Phillips; her son John R. Phillips; and her brother William Saltzmann. She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Wood of Millersville; and her sister Barbara Ripple of Severna Park. She is also survived by her four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
