She was predeceased by: her former husband Harold S. Wade; and her siblings, Frank, William Medlock and Dolores Steck. She is survived by: her children, Randy Jones (Debbie), Debbie Brobst (Wayne), Ronn Wade (Becky), Richard and Robin; and her siblings, Maryann, Dorothy, Helen, Bobby and Larry. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
