She is survived by: her close friend George Hubbard; her brother Tommy Carter; her daughter Valerie Todd (Mark); and her grandchildren, Heather Seidl (Ben), Michael Reynolds (Amanda) and MJ Todd. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
