He was predeceased by: his wife Linda D. Riggs; and his parents, Clarence Bonnett Riggs Sr. and Anna May. He is survived by: his sisters, Mary, Caroline, Alice and Ruth Ann; his sons, Christopher Riggs, Carl Riggs and Curtis Riggs; and his grandchildren, Alek Riggs and Jo Lee Riggs.
