He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hilton Cutcher III and Pearl Agnes Cutcher. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie "Margie" Cutcher of Pasadena, MD.; his sons, Christopher Cutcher (Melissa), Timothy Cutcher (Leann) and Jason Cutcher; his granddaughter Mila Cutcher Bortner; and his siblings, Deborah Pfau, Harry Hilton Cutcher, IV and Dennis Cutcher (Dorothy).

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Stallings Funeral Home (3111 Mountain Rd, Pasadena, MD 21122). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
