She was predeceased by: her husband William Miles Lowe, Sr. (Bill). She is survived by: her children, Lisa, Bill Jr. (Sonja), Chris (Dana), Jon (Stacey) and Michael; her sister Shirlee Teets (King); her grandchildren, Madison, Rebecca, Christopher, Anna, Lucy and Jude; and her great grandchild Ivy.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Crosspointe Church (365 Jones Station Rd, Arnold, MD 21012).
In lieu of flowers, donations made be made to the church in Diane's name.
