She was predeceased by: her parents, Eleanor Forrest and Francis Forrest; her brother James Forrest; and her husband John "Jack" Fisher. She is survived by: her children, Meghan, Christopher, Kathryn and John; and her grandchildren, Zachary, Madison, Alyssa, Dominic, Juliet, Olivia, Jack and Maggie Grace. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Eleanor's memory to the Alzheimer's Association or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
