It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elva Duval Tull (Pasadena, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on June 30, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Howard Willey; her son Richard L. DuVal Sr.; her wife Cheryl; and her siblings, Elmira, Claire, Bobby, Buddy, Sonny and Edward.
She is survived by: her parent Grace Henninger Willey; her husband Willard Duval Sr.; her children, Howard DuVal Sr. (Carolyn), Willard DuVal Jr. (Joanne), Susan Childress and Patricia Ray (Thomas); and her sisters, Doris Pauza and Pat Smedley. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.
