Eugene Bruce Calmon Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Calmon and Magdaline Howard Calmon Harding; his wife Louise Marie Gannon Calmon; his children, Geraldine Frances Calmon and Eugene Bruce Calmon, Jr.; his grandson Stephen Gannon Moss; and his sisters, Rosemarie McCarson and Coralea Theresa Gannon.

He is survived by: his sister Dorothy Ann Cockrell; his children, Thomas Calmon (Andrea), Therese Horn, Eileen Patterson (Eugene), Karen Gauvin (Michael) and Louise Hayes (Dennis); and his close friend Barbara Rollman. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Robert E. Evans Funeral Home (16000 Annapolis Rd, Bowie, MD 20715). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. John Neumann Catholic Church (620 N Bestgate Rd, Annapolis, MD 21401).
