He was predeceased by: his parents, Gardner, Sr. Speer and Anna Speer; and his sister Ethel Kleinsmith. He is survived by: his sibling's children, Margaret Schillenberg, Cheryl Lay and Lee Kleinsmith. He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews, family and friends.
