He was predeceased by: his grandfather Louis Schmidt; his great-grandparent Babap; his great-great-grandparent Nip; and his uncle Robert Schmidt. He is survived by: his stepfather Tracy; his parents, Melissa Schmidt (Tracy Heartline) and Gary Michael Hannon Jr. (Kerrie); his siblings, Thomas, Hunter and Jacob; his grandparents, Dorothy, Sherrie, Mike Hannon, Lillian and Lawrence Luers; his great-grandparent Evanette Olsen; and his aunts and uncles, Brian Schmidt, Deanna Casey (Mike), Becky Keith (Matthew) and Tracy Cain Schmidt.
