She was predeceased by: her parents, Benny Matthews and Sarah Matthews; and her husband H. Clay Stegall Sr. of Clay's Refuse. She is survived by: her children, Donna J. Gilmore (Chuck), Deborah A. Riehl (Dave) and H. Clay "Boomer" Stegall, Jr. (Lis); her grandchildren, Donald, Mark, Matthew, Sarah, Justin and Daniel; and her great grandchildren, Kayleigh and Avery.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Stallings Funeral Home (3111 Mountain Rd, Pasadena, MD 21122). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
