He was predeceased by: his father Irvin Donald Willard Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Donna L. Allen of Glen Burnie, MD; his sisters, Vicky Quesinberry (Phil Quesinberry) and Kathy Shumate (Joe Farley IV); his nephew Michael Shumate; Legend Shumate.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stallings Funeral Home (3111 Mountain Rd, Pasadena, MD 21122). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the same location.
