He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kuhl and Elizabeth Kuhl. He is survived by: his wife Delores Kuhl; his daughters, Joanne Ford (Tim Ford) and Sherry Corson; and his grandchildren, Stacie, Sammi (Ashley), TJ and Rocky (Tina). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society in honor of John's courageous spirit and in remembrance of his unwavering positivity and strength throughout life's challenges.
